The training Centre is specializing with mechanical engineering specially on the machining of components using CNC machines. The establishment of the Sbanesihle Training has been premised on contributing in a tangible way of filling the unemployment gap and shortage of qualified and skilled CNC people. We are the training centre with high growth, high performance market leaders on CNC that is committed to the professional development and recognition of students. Our culture of reliability and quality goes all the way from training to production. Powered by BAUGHAN GROUP, Sbanesihle Training and Skills Development took a bigger step in 2012 and entered into the Manufacturing arena. We are now owning a workshop with 10 CNC machines. What makes us special is the fact that our students have more time to spend on the machines running the production. Our students start with our production first before going out for employment. We are running the mass production, and that means each student produce about 500 to 1000 components before completing the course. With our students we adhere to strict standards of quality control, and we consistently deliver superior quality due to our hands on management approach.
